- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
standard pricing for us on most jobs is $25 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Green cleans run $25-$35 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours. If its a complete mess and hazard(health or walking) to enter the price will go up, as it can become a liability to the health of myself and my co-worker.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
There was a lady at one of the Security sites i worked at that had recently lost her husband of 40+ years. It was so distraught for her and her grown children to try to go through the paperwork and physical belongings. After seeing her struggle trying to get everything the lawyer needed and try to put her house back in order while dealing with grief, I offered to help her. This is how i first got into the decluttering and sorting side of the business.
