Chef Rocco did an exceptional job whipping up a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving style dinner for my office event within a week of notice. Everyone absolutely loved the food and couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was.

I would definitely recommend Rocco for any of your catering/chef needs. Rocco helped me customize a menu for my husbands birthday dinner and was able to accommodate exactly what I needed and cater to all of my special requests. Rocco arrived on time and made the entire experience very enjoyable. He educated us on what we were eating and the preparation of it, and he was such a friendly guy, sharing many stories with us. Not to mention the food was amazing! I had salmon and my husband had lamb and both dishes were absolutely delicious. Rocco cleaned up as he went as well. It was awesome being able to have the restaurant experience without having to lift a finger or a foot. Rocco is awesome and we thank him for allowing us to have such a memorable night :)

Rocco came to our family's home to cook for a birthday party for my mother. He did a fabulous job! He was very charming and thoughtful, and he made the experience so easy. His background is a colorful story to hear and he is quite experienced and knowledgeable. He thought us some things while he cooked that we are now using while we cook. The food was phenomenal! We plan to hire him for all of our future events. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Rocco was responsive and easy to work with. Food was outstanding and generous, tasty and beautiful. The Beef Wellington was delicious and a huge favorite, but a little hard to cut and serve in attractive ways. Beet salad was delicious, lasagne very tasty and cheesecake with fruit compote really delicious. One of my colleagues who attended immediately planned to have Rocco cater his holiday family party and we would definitely love to have his professional services again!

I always look forward to introduce new foodies in my passionate followers list, I usually like to talk to people and understand what's their likes/dislikes, budget for the event, preferences and allergies to make sure I can definitely customize things and make everyone happier.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly updating my knowledge, techniques and skills. Reading a lot and keep in touch with other great professionals around the World. Obtained a professional Diploma almost 20 years ago and never stop cooking since.
