Gary Air has serviced our home for more than 25 years. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Todays service by Cliff was no different. He even helped change the filter for my 1972 mobile home, which is very difficult to reach in the floor of my closet.

Tyler is top drawer!! For years Ive been using Ed at Gary Air and he was also fantastic. Tyler was clear and actually wanted to clean my whole floor because he thought he had tracked in some dirt. I didnt see any. But he made it very clear what I needed to do and he was efficient and I give him an a A. Thank you Gary Air.

Johnny Jones and Marquez Simpson came today for our 6 month HVAC maintenance. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, they worked efficiently to check all three units. When they were finished they gave some extra tips about using plantings outside to shade our outdoor units and help extend their lifespan. Well done to the team at Gary Air! Weve used them for years at two different homes and have never been disappointed.

John Jones didnt give up on an annoying sound, and with persistence was able to rectify the issue 100%. Just called back now, and they honored my call back from an issue 6 months ago and made it right. I am extremely grateful and dont have to sleep with the door closed!
