Almost two decades of working in the HVAC industry, and saving many people from the Florida heat, Mr. AC was born. Our vision is focused on proving the best experience through honest, transparent service. Every day we strive to maintain and grow a kind, caring, and qualified culture. When calling Mr.AC you will be greeted by a friendly professional who will be ready to assist you. After providing our staff with the service address and best contact information, we will set your appointment. Our appointment windows (times) are scheduled in two-hour blocks with our first block starting at 8 AM. We strive to arrive at the beginning of the window, however in our industry there can be repairs that take slightly longer, and varying traffic patterns that may affect our arrival time.

Jaid Wright came out to look at my ac duct that broke off my ac unit. He was very clean, until he tried to get under my trailer. But, what I wanted done couldnt work. So I have to go another way at it. But mr ac was very good from appointment to time and communication. Jaid was very honest unlike a lot of these big ac companies. Mr ac real is trustworthy and respectful. Specially Jaid and his work. Thanks god bless

Jade came here because we had a leaking problem with our AC, he gave us some quotes and we are making some numbers to decide if we buy a new ac u it. Any way he was very professional and answer our questions. I we get to but the new ac system we will give another review.

Jaid was here on time and really helped to understand the problem. I have been unemployed all year and my sweet dog passed away 2 weeks ago so I wasn't in a very good place. Jaid was so understanding and saw to it that my A/C would give me a few more months before I needed to replace it. I have used Mr AC for many years. Andy came out the firsttime and he was just starting the business. I have referred them ever since.

Jaid arrived promptly to give me a proposal for a new AC system for my home. He was focused and educative in responding to my questions. He handed me a professional proposal then answered more of my questions . Mr. AC was recommended to me by close friends . As someone who has worked in insurance for 45 years , I can tell this company is knowledgeable, professional and their employees are motivated and technically competent.Updating my review from two weeks ago to include Randall. Randall was my technician that installed my new AC system at my home this last Friday ..thereby replacing a 24 yr old Trane system with a sleek Coleman system. It was a one day continuous calorie burning effort on his part. He was punctual, meticulous, and informative. I was very happy with his work. Kudos to Randall . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat-rate. This allows us to be very transparent. No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have gathered the required information to dispatch a technician to our clients home an appointment window will be set. The homeowner (or main contact) will automatically receive a text message and phone call when our technician is in route. Upon arriving on site we treat our clients home, pets, and property with the upmost respect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The president of Mr. AC is the license holder. He is also a part time HVAC instructor at one of our local technical colleges. He began as helper in the industry almost 20 years ago and has spent countless hours learning how to master each position in the industry before opening Mr. AC.
