- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat-rate. This allows us to be very transparent. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have gathered the required information to dispatch a technician to our clients home an appointment window will be set. The homeowner (or main contact) will automatically receive a text message and phone call when our technician is in route. Upon arriving on site we treat our clients home, pets, and property with the upmost respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The president of Mr. AC is the license holder. He is also a part time HVAC instructor at one of our local technical colleges. He began as helper in the industry almost 20 years ago and has spent countless hours learning how to master each position in the industry before opening Mr. AC.
