We believe homeowners should understand their options before any work begins. Veteran Air provides upfront pricing, clear recommendations, and solutions for a range of budgets. We do not charge a dispatch fee, and Thumbtack customers can receive $50 off qualifying repairs. Our technicians will explain the available options so you can make the decision that is right for your home, without pressure or unexpected charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and gathering information about the issue and your home. A trained technician will then do a visual inspection of the system, explain what they find, and present clear repair (or in some cases deeper diagnostic if needed), or replacement options with upfront pricing. Once you approve the work, our team completes the service professionally, protects your home, and reviews the results with you before leaving. Our goal is to make the entire process straightforward, respectful, and comfortable from the first call through project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Veteran Air employs trained professionals across air conditioning, plumbing, drains, electrical, and whole-home generator services. Our technicians receive ongoing technical, safety, customer service, and manufacturer-specific training to stay current with equipment, codes, and industry best practices. We also emphasize professionalism, communication, and respect for every customer’s home.
