- What types of customers have you worked with?
First and foremost, I properly capture a clients moment in time. It doesn't matter whether it's the grandest of weddings or the simplest of events. Anyone can point a camera and push a button, but a professional with experience, knowledge and the proper equipment captures an emotion.. The other thing Tropical Photography does is make certain our clients NEVER have to worry about their moment not being captured because of equipment failure. Sadly we hear way too many stories of a day being ruined because the photographer was just a weekend hobbyist looking to make some extra money and can't capture the moment because their camera failed. As for specific types of jobs, we do many location portraits and weddings as well as events. Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, birthday parties and commercial events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a photographer, don't put out vague information. Provide the exact amount of time you need their services.. This is particularly true for weddings and events. Also, explain what you're looking for in terms of an end product. All this information is needed for a professional to properly provide you with a quote. Also, if someone responds to your request, please take a moment to reply back for the simply reason to let us know you actually received our email. When you don't reply, we don't know if you're not interested, it went to your spam folder or never arrived.. Simple thing to do, set up a canned response that you can copy and paste..
