George M. says, "Originally, I set out to get a new floor installed and ended up with a full kitchen and master bath renovation as well as a new floor throughout most of the house. Additionally, we added interior paint throughout to finish the project. Ken and Shannon at D2 construction provided an initial estimate that was descriptive, easy to read and understand. Everything was transparent from start to finish and any questions or concerns were addressed very timely. The projected timeline was met even with uncovered issues that popped up during the project found as well as the normal supply chain issues. Once the demo started, the overall project moved along very smoothly. Any issues uncovered were addressed and multiple, viable solutions provided. I found that D2's subcontractors were timely, professional and friendly. Any questions I had while subs were present usually got answered right away or communicated to either Ken or Shannon at D2 and I received those answers very quickly. Shannon always reviewed any potential change orders with me, and budget impacts were discussed prior to moving forward. Ken with D2 was always available and here most days. He was always working onsite and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. A major renovation can be stressful and is not without issues, however D2 and its team made it as seamless as possible. Overall, I highly recommend D2 Construction, a small family-owned business, for any work needed!!!! I will be sure to recommend D2 Construction to family and friends!!"See more

Eddie was able to provide the materials and labor for a crown molding project throughout our condo. He was very responsive and provided good work at a fair price. The install work did leave some very minor dirt/damage to the drywall that will require some touch up, but I guess that is to be expected with this type of job.
