Shimi was very responsive and helpful! We moved into a new home without realizing many of the windows were not locking properly. I told Shimi our situation and he came out immediately and diagnosed the problems. He was very accommodating and fixed our windows in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have to have another window replaced down the road and we will definitely be reaching out to Fixit Pros again. Thank you, Shimi!
