The gentleman was affable,pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He went above & beyond in helping me get a new toilet. He went to Home Depot, sent me pics and I made the selection. He brought the toilet to my home and in very short period of time, it was installed & when he was finished, he tidied up the bathroom. Excellent service@
