We had a french pattern travertine floor done in our home. The salesman was polite, on time and pricing was not the cheepest, but he explained that it took more time to do it right , and we should pick him so the end product was everything we expect. They took 4 days to install and grout, installers were great, on time, clean , and neet. We are so happy we picked urbantrend, our floor is perfect, the variations in natural stone color are blended so perfect, the floor looks like it just grew there. The coup de gra was the sealer enhancer we had applied, not only does it bring the depth of color out in the stone, but everything beads up when you spill anything on the floor. My husband cant get over the warranty on the sealer, 10 years materials and labor from the manufacturer, again a little more money but no extra work for 10 years cool.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the various jobsite conditions and materials to be used, it is difficult to offer a one price fit all in our industry. We can give ballpark figure per sqfoot but a more detail inspection of the jobsite and discussion with client will offer most accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer place a request which is followed promptly by one of our construction specialist. We meet with the client to introduce our company and discuss the project. We discuss budget and prepare a quote for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is qualified as a general contractor and home inspection company. We are the area certified applicator for drytreat sealer. 21+years in the construction industry
