Mike (the owner) was very interested in resolving my gutter issue. His tech came out timely and accessed the issue and an appointment for a team to come out to repair was made. There was a 2hr window. I hadn't heard was able to reach Mike after a msg i left and a text msg to him. He apologized that no one had called to inform me of a delay of someone coming out. He stated someone would be there before the end of the day. He himself came out with another worker and sealed the gutter where I had indicated it had been leaking. Today was the first day it rained here. It seems like the situation is resolved except for an end cap. Followed up with Mike. He came out immediately and got my gutter back in excellent working order.
