Mike (the owner) was very interested in resolving my gutter issue. His tech came out timely and accessed the issue and an appointment for a team to come out to repair was made. There was a 2hr window. I hadn't heard was able to reach Mike after a msg i left and a text msg to him. He apologized that no one had called to inform me of a delay of someone coming out. He stated someone would be there before the end of the day. He himself came out with another worker and sealed the gutter were I had indicated it had been leaking. Today was the first day it rained here. It seems like the situation is resolved except for an end cap. Will wait for a heavier rain to confirm the rest is leak free. If needed I will follow up with Mike
