I have 28 years experience in Building Maintenance. My certification for Building Maintenance Advanced was completed in 1996. I’m very detailed oriented. I don’t cut corners. I recommend medium to excellent products, fixtures or tools. I’ll treat your home as my own. I cover/protect everything when I work. If I drill into an outside wall (installing a new flood light) I will make sure it’s caulked to prevent water damage. I can do anything from troubleshooting a bad GFCI to installing cameras.
