I highly recommend Juan for any repair needs around the home. We were moving out of a rental and needing some items such as flooring, drywall repair and paint touch ups as well as repair on a couple of doors. Juan handled it all same day and was very professional in keeping me updated every step of the way. His pricing was fair and he even sent receipts for the materials purchased. I will be using him for jobs at our new home and highly recommend anyone else searching to give him a try as well. First time using thumbtack and I found the best company to handle the job! I highly recommend Done Right Construction. I had a final punch list of work that needed to be done on a rental property and I was looking for a company that could complete it in one day without much lead time and I am so thankful that I found this company. They promptly followed up with a few clarifying questions to develop the estimate and the appointment was confirmed shortly thereafter. The work included installing blinds, a light fixture, bathroom fixtures, closet rack, assembling a pantry cabinet, and baker’s rack, exterior door sealing, and many other things.
They even helped me think through a design flaw in the kitchen and offered several options for how to address it. I appreciate contractors that offer solutions rather than just doing what I ask. I definitely plan to reach out to Done Right Construction in the future.

I'm so happy I found Juan! I originally hired him to help fix a broken sink disposal. He was prompt and on time! He originally wanted to just talk me through fixing it because it was honestly an easy fix. I had him come instead. He clearly knew what he was doing and pricing was more than fair.
I then learned that he can do it all so I hired him to do several handy man tasks at my short term rental that I am setting up.
Juan is not only always punctual and very communicative, but he knows what he is doing! I don't know how many times I have hired a handy man and had to redo their work.
He hung an extremely heavy 82 inch tv and an oversized mirrors on hard tile, hung several items around the home, put together a aluminum 12x10 gazebo in 4 hours, installed the lattice around my open crawl space around the house, and stained my pergola black. He also handled some minor issues for me including rehinging my broken fence and cutting tiles I had for my balcony. Lastly,, heoffered solutions to several problems in the home. He is officially my handyman for all tasks! I am happy I found him.
