Paul Lee says, "Hired Blue Bear for an electrical panel replacement. Received several bids, they weren’t the cheapest but they were fair. They also were the only provider to recommend rotating the panel outward (it was facing inside a utility closet) to meet code. They worked with me to schedule the job and around my renters schedule. When they ran into a hiccup on the job (our master shutoff had to be replaced), Mike reached out and took ownership of the situation. Mike was patient in answering all of calls and questions. That was sincerely appreciated. Sarasota is a tough market for home service providers. Lots of providers and lots of noise. These guys stood out for their ability to deliver on their promises at an honest price. I would highly recommend them."See more

Alex is very responsive and communicates well. They were very flexible and helped my vision for my spa like bathroom come together. Vlad, who did most of the work, was very respectful and had excellent craftsmanship. A great crew to work with! My full bathroom remodel took about 5-6 weeks with a couple visits after for a few minor remaining tasks. I’m considering having them do other projects on my fixer upper in the future. I would absolutely refer them to others looking to remodel or even build new."See more

We hired Zach/Elemental Cleaning and Restoration to connect a number of plumbing fixtures in a home. Some were not very straight forward. They handled everything flawlessly. We brought them back for some additional work and that also went without a hitch. Their price was very fair. It's such a relief when you find a contractor at a decent price that is reliable and does a good job. We didn't know quite what to expect based on the name of the company and hiring him for plumbing, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Eugene is very intelligent on all levels. He offered his professional advice knowing my pipes are cast iron and my home is before 1950s. He was very cautious not to damage pipes during a very delicate process. He educated me on the difference drain clearing options but recommended the safest route. He is very personable like a friend. I am a repeat customer with Next Level Plumbing. I had them come quote fixing a seal in the tank of one toilet and resealing at the base of the toilet for another. The quote was over $1100. When I asked why so much, the explanation was the toilet that needed a part, the charge was $566.80! The part(s) needed were in stock but because the company had to call to find the part in their inventory and it wasn’t sitting in their truck, this was an inconvenience which resulted in the upcharge. What?! Really. The technician said it was also because he made the trip to my house to quote me….even though I paid for the service call. In short, times are interesting out there. Do your homework, ask questions and don’t accept these high charges that are without merit. I will never use Next Level Plumbing again as they have completely lost my trust.
