We hired Zach/Elemental Cleaning and Restoration to connect a number of plumbing fixtures in a home. Some were not very straight forward. They handled everything flawlessly. We brought them back for some additional work and that also went without a hitch. Their price was very fair. It's such a relief when you find a contractor at a decent price that is reliable and does a good job. We didn't know quite what to expect based on the name of the company and hiring him for plumbing, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Eugene is very intelligent on all levels. He offered his professional advice knowing my pipes are cast iron and my home is before 1950s. He was very cautious not to damage pipes during a very delicate process. He educated me on the difference drain clearing options but recommended the safest route. He is very personable like a friend. His prices are honest and fair and he worked hard into the dark until the job was complete. Excellent workmanship and i will call him back for future plumbing projects. I am a repeat customer with Next Level Plumbing. I had them come quote fixing a seal in the tank of one toilet and resealing at the base of the toilet for another. The quote was over $1100. When I asked why so much, the explanation was the toilet that needed a part, the charge was $566.80! The part(s) needed were in stock but because the company had to call to find the part in their inventory and it wasn’t sitting in their truck, this was an inconvenience which resulted in the upcharge. What?! Really. The technician said it was also because he made the trip to my house to quote me….even though I paid for the service call. In short, times are interesting out there. Do your homework, ask questions and don’t accept these high charges that are without merit. I will never use Next Level Plumbing again as they have completely lost my trust.
