We had the flooring replaced in our entire house and the experience was better than we expected. They removed all of the old carpet, installed LVP throughout the bedrooms, living room, hallways and kitchen, and put new tile in both bathrooms. From the first visit they were easy to communicate with and explained the whole process without trying to upsell us on anything.
During the installation they noticed a few uneven spots in the subfloor and fixed them before laying the new flooring, which I really appreciated because a lot of companies probably would've just installed over it. The crew was always on time, worked hard every day, and cleaned up before leaving. They even moved the larger furniture back into place when everything was finished.
The quality of the work is excellent. The floors are level, the transitions between rooms look clean, and the tile work in the bathrooms came out really nice. Our house feels completely different now and we've already had friends ask who did the installation. The price was fair, there were no surprise charges, and the whole project finished when they said it would. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Manatee Flooring again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring work.

Really happy with how everything turned out. We had our old floors replaced, and the whole process was smoother than expected. We had Manatee Flooring install hardwood flooring throughout most of our home and tile in the bathrooms and laundry room. From the first visit to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. They always showed up on time, kept us updated throughout the project, and answered every question quickly. We had an excellent experience working with Manatee Remodeling. Communication was great from start to finish—they were always responsive, polite, professional, and easy to work with.
