I will inspect all areas of your home thoroughly. Most of my inspections are well over 2.5 hrs long. I follow InterNachi's Standard of Practices and their Code of Ethics. I take continuing education every year. So I am constantly learning new methods, techniques, and any new developments in the home inspection industry. I also try and stay up to date with latest technologies to help with my inspections. I do my best to give you the very best overview of your home. I take pride in trying to stay up to date on codes, building techniques, trends on the market and the newest information for a home inspector. I take pride in going into the unknown (attic and crawlspaces).
