Brittany was very nice, punctual and knowledgeable. She did a deep cleaning for our newly purchased home.. She knows what she is doing, she is kknowledgeable about cleaning products, where to use them and where not too, about surfaces, flooring and all general areas.. we will be calling on her again !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Frequency governs cost, and is generally determined through a combination of customer need, request and budget. For example, most medium sized office or commercial spaces start at just $75 per visit for bi-weekly service! We also offer a monthly cleaning service; costs vary based on setting. We provide you with an initial cleanliness assessment and make suggestions based on the specific needs of your work space as our starting point.
For our customers interested in residential service, prices vary based on your needs and the size of your home.
We are very flexible and accept multiple payment types, including company and personal credit/ debit cards, and 3rd party payment services such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a simple conversation to determine your needs. During that conversation we schedule a visit to your site to provide us with an overview of your current cleaning needs. Our observations from the visit give us more details to discuss frequency and price per visit. As your cleaning service, we provide the cleaning equipment so you don't need to worry if you don't have supplies. It's pretty simple to onboard. From there, you will never need to worry about upkeep for your work space!
The process is similar for our residential care customers. However, we can generally skip the initial assessment based on our phone conversation and schedule your cleaning visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in cross contamination, safe handling of cleaning chemicals, use of commercial cleaning equipment and best practices are just some of the tools we use to keep your spaces looking beautiful.
