- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are absolutely competitive with the area in which we live in for quality design that is. Clients who get me through thumbtack get a lower rate than the normal rate I would charge off of Thumbtack. Please give us a call, so we can discuss any concerns or questions you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical processes is an hourly fee whenever I am working on your project only, so you will never be charged when I am not working on your project. My job is to make sure that once a design plan is implemented for your project I then Manage and make sure that contractors, and service people are on the same page and I will oversee their work to ensure proper design flow and emplementation that was agreed upon by my client and myself. My job is to make your project not only turns out beautiful, but as seamless and as easy as possible on you the client.
