I was so happy with the work and the results! I had a bunch of things here and there, some hard to get to, but Steve was right on top of it. I feel so much happier now that there's more space in my living room, plus other areas I had prepared for. We are fair. We are not always the least expensive but we take care of our clients. We have several repeat and referral business. We value our work and reputation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact and take a look at what the customer wants done exactly. I want to be fair in pricing and not overpromise and under deliver. We want to be sure we deliver exactly on the customers needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Residential Contractors license and own a construction company as well. This is an umbrella from my other business. We take pride in what we do!
