FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe quality mental health care should be accessible and transparent. We accept many major insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare, Medicare Part B, and Florida Blue. For out-of-network clients, we can provide superbills to help you use your benefits. Self-pay rates vary by clinician and service type. Reduced rates may be available when working with interns or pre-licensed clinicians under supervision. Psychological testing is priced based on the scope of evaluation and time required. We are always happy to verify your insurance benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our primary goal is to help you experience real symptomatic relief and improved functioning in your daily life. When you first contact us, we: Schedule an intake appointment with the clinician who best fits your needs. Complete a comprehensive assessment, where we learn about your history, current challenges, strengths, and goals. Identify patterns and connections between past experiences and current concerns. Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Begin collaborative therapy, using evidence-based approaches best suited for you. The most important part of the process is building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. We want you to feel supported, understood, and hopeful. You are not alone — and change is possible.
