FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate, which is a software program created by the Insurance Industry to help manage and regulate prices for our services. Even when we are not doing an insurance claim service, we use this for our estimates. That way we follow the same standard for the same work. We will always send you a copy of the estimate created by this software program (i.e., Xactimate), so you can retain such for your records. Just note that every project is different so prices for our services are going to be based on the amount of work necessary to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look to understand the client's needs first, then we discuss options available to the client. We don't dictate anything to the client, we also look to get their input upfront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (also known as, IICRC). This research and training group is our industry's oversight committee. They provide all regulatory standards by use of the IICRS S500 manual. This book is our guide and we follow it for guidance and process. The IICRC is a certification and Standards Developing Organization (SDO) non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries
