Adam knocked it out of the park for my wife's birthday dinner. Not only was the food amazing but Adam was extremely courteous and interacted very well with the 12 guests we had for dinner. Everyone walked away that night with nothing but positive things to say. I have a hunch a few of these 14 guests will be using Adam for a dinner party in the near future. The overall experience was amazing and I can't say enough about how well it went from deciding the menu in advance, to Adam showing up several hours early to prep, to serving us 3 amazing courses. I should also mention that Adam did an amazing job cleaning the kitchen including dishes so we didn't have to worry about it and we could enjoy our guest. He truly made the evening about us and our friends to ensure we had the perfect dinner party.

Amazing experience! I couldn't have imagined a better in-home event. Adam was responsive, flexible and very committed to delivering exactly what we were looking for - not only from a food standpoint, but from the overall experience. I had never had someone come into my home to cook and wasn't sure how comfortable that would be, but Adam was perfect - warm, friendly, fun and totally low maintenance. I was able to enjoy time with my visiting family while he prepared and served one of the best meals I've ever tasted. Every course was better than the one before, and the steak and sea bass entrees were elegant and delicious. If you're shopping personal chefs for a special occasion in your home, stop searching and hire Adam. I promise, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Adam. Your contribution to this celebration was beyond measure.

I just cannot say enough about Adam and the experience he provided for us! He was the best addition to an awesome group of friends as we celebrated my husband's 40th birthday. He was "Johnny on the spot" with everything - follow-up, attention to details, last minute errand running (resulting from my own unpreparedness!), and being there to ensure the night unfolded perfectly. The dinner he prepared for us was amazing - everything was scratch-cooked, hand seasoned, freshly cut vegetables, and fall-off-the bone chicken that melted in your mouth! WOW! He is a naturally gifted chef who can integrate into ANY situation - in fact we're trying to adopt him into our family. Yep, he's THAT good!

As a surprise, my significant other hired Adam for a birthday/valentine's dinner in our home. We had never hired a personal chef before so we did not know what to expect. We were absolutely blown away by Adam's professionalism and culinary skills! We were given three full-course menu options to choose from (after he took into consideration all of our dietary needs/preferences). Each menu option looked better than the next but we chose a Cajun-themed menu. Adam arrived on time, was very professional, and allowed us to make the evening as private or as inclusive as we wanted. We had a great time getting to know him on a personal level and had a much better dining experience in our own home versus fighting the crowds/poor service dining out. The food was simply prepared (in Adam's terms) and was absolutely delicious. Each course rivaled the prior. He takes great pride in his work and that pride was obvious. Our entire experience was outstanding and we will be using Adam's services again in the (very near) future! We have already recommended him to our family and friends. Thanks for a memorable night Adam!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for our Weekly Meal Delivery Services vary depending on the number of meals and servings. Catering services are based on a per person cost, which generally covers the execution of the menu. Additional services and amenities (i.e. china, linen, wait staff, etc.) incur additional costs. Other Personal Chef Services are based on an hourly rate of $75/hour (3 hour minimum) + groceries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered Exam Proctor with the National Restaurant Association. The ServSafe Food Safety Training Program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. This designation provides me the opportunity to stay educated and informed on the latest developments in our industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for food stemmed from childhood and having memorable experiences that centered around food. As I became a teenager, I realized that I wanted to help recreate those experiences for others in their lives.
