2009 was an amazing year for me in the area of health and fitness! I began January 1, 2009 with the resolution to lose weight through exercise and eating healthy because I was tired of being overweight. Here's what I did. I signed up for Ty and Rebekah’s boot camp several times throughout the year, I used the special cleanse multiple times and I changed my eating habits. The results have been fantastic! Check this out: in 12 months I lost 68 lbs and went from a size 16 down to a size 6! I never get tired of hearing all the compliments I’m getting from losing all that weight! I look better and I feel better. I am now in my healthy weight zone but still want to lose a few more pounds. I'm continuing to exercise and eat right and I will do the cleanse again to help me maintain my weight loss and would recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight. I’m so thankful to Ty and Rebekah for the difference they have made in my life!

Rebekah's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile make training with her something I look forward to every week. She seems to know how to work around my limitations in a way that I still get a great workout but I don't end up getting injured as I have with other trainers. Her insight on nutrition is second to none as well.

I currently train with Rebekah and she is great!! She gives thorough instruction, feedback and support and has really helped me maintain my weight loss. Her positive attitude and high energy make the sessions fun - I look forward to them!! Very highly recommended!!
