FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are often not the cheapest option. Although, we are highly competitive with quality of work and pricing. With us, we double and triple check that the work is done properly the first time. This ensures our success, your long term satisfaction and that we have work in the future. Sloppy craftsmanship is aggravation we do not need to project upon you. That would only cost us time, money and lost opportunity in the future. Disappointing anyone is never our goal. We want to sleep peacefully at night.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing contact, face to face/facetime, we always like to physically see the work that is desired. On new installations we do require 60% down payment with 40% due upon completion. If I am pressure washing, sanding and sealing I ask that payment is due upon finalization of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for many years in the greater Tampa Bay area. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the more successful, longstanding and well established commercial and residential paver/travertine companies here. I started at the very bottom of the ladder. I was often the only American working. I started moving bricks and stone, getting the guys lunch, running material & doing the pressure washing and sealing. I watched, learned to listen, learned to work and thrive in this industry, so that I could be an asset and provide for my family.
