Richard Olivaries went over and beyond to provide outstanding service and results. He encountered an unexpected problem with her of surface that complicated the cleaning. He made exceptional effort to resolve the problem and complete the work properly.

Richard was quick, courteous, and did an excellent job. My house looks fantastic! During the cleaning process he repeatedly asked me if I was happy with the work, and invited me to look it over and let him know if I saw any areas I felt needed more attention (nothing did). This was a refreshing change from vendors who try to grab your payment and run before you have a chance to look things over. He even told me to call him if there were any problems after he left, and he would work to make it right. No need though- he did it right the first time. Highly recommended. He does use bleach, so don't forget to cover your plants!!
