Richard was quick, courteous, and did an excellent job. My house looks fantastic! During the cleaning process he repeatedly asked me if I was happy with the work, and invited me to look it over and let him know if I saw any areas I felt needed more attention (nothing did). This was a refreshing change from vendors who try to grab your payment and run before you have a chance to look things over. He even told me to call him if there were any problems after he left, and he would work to make it right. No need though- he did it right the first time. Highly recommended.
He does use bleach, so don't forget to cover your plants!!

Very professional and efficient in his cleaning service. He has up to date equipment and did a extra good job of cleaning up the surrounding area after the roof job was completed. I would recommend him to anyone.

Richard Olivaries went over and beyond to provide outstanding service and results. He encountered an unexpected problem with her of surface that complicated the cleaning. He made exceptional effort to resolve the problem and complete the work properly.

They did a great, professional job. Showed up on time. Did my roof, lanai deck, pool cage and cleaned and sealed my paver drive. Everything looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.
