- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I customize each agreement to fit the clients needs, therefore do not like to put out a number or percentage, as it may not be the right one for YOU. As a generalization for this area, you can expect 15-20% of the gross rent for someone who is leasing, managing and handling all aspects of your rental.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to speak with you first to make sure I am the right person for what you need. Then we will meet at your property so i can see the home and we can discuss further how I am able to help you with whatever needs your have for your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, a license CAM (Community Association Manager) and a Certified Property Manager. In addition to over 14 years of experience in the Real Estate Market in Sarasota, I have a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, have owned an advertising agency and marketing firm, and am well versed with all aspects of the business world.
