FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Real Estate commissions are negotiable under the law. I will be glad to discuss my commission structure when we meet to review how I can best assist you in the sale of your property. There are no fees in representing you as a buyer, as the seller pays the commission. For both sellers and buyers, there is never a brokerage or processing fee in addition to the commission. I also offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, a benefit that no other agent provides. If you are not 100% satisfied with my buying or selling services, you can cancel your agreement at any time. No cancellation fees! No hassles!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start the process with a phone consultation, so I can learn more how to best assist you with your selling or buying needs. The next step will be a personal meeting (if you are in the local area), so I can view your home and share with you my proven Level 10 marketing strategy to get your home sold. For buyers, we will establish your needs and wants in your new home, discuss timeline, price range and financing options, and together we will structure the best plan to help you in successfully locating and purchasing your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 19+ years of Real Estate experience, including luxury residential, new construction and investment properties. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I hold the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation - only 3% of licensed Florida Realtors hold this designation. I am also a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a designation that demonstrates my expertise in serving consumers in the 50 and older market. The average agent sells 2-3 homes per year. I sell 50+ properties per year! There is a reason for that. Wouldn't you rather be represented by a top-producing agent who negotiates contracts every week, instead of one that only negotiates a couple of times per year?
