My services are based on "modules" that clients can pick and choose or an hourly rate for special projects. Nothing complicated here.

There really isn't a clear path of formal "continuing education" in this field. You have to keep up with the trends by following industry leaders.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for customer service and a passion for writing. That, in conjunction with my technical abilities and the ability not only to create the digital content but to understand how it will be used and manipulated by search engines, was just a natural segue.
