- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No service fee. I charge for pieces, handlabor and equipment used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive the customer message. I call him, visit the site and do a walkthrough where we agree on price and day of work. if larger project I will send a quote after the visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional agricultural engineer with 12 years of experience and have a master of science in soils and water from the University of Florida.
