- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients commit to a one month coaching program which consists of the following: * 3 one to one and a half hour coaching sessions * Unlimited email access * TWO Life Lines".. A Life Line is an unscheduled, quick 10-15 minute phone call where we address a very specific issue/need and devise an action plan for resolution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule a 20-30 minute consultation over the phone. During the consultation you will provide me with a brief background of yourself and your reason for seeking coaching. I will want to know what your expectations are and how committed you are to the process. After we agree to work together we will schedule the first of three one hour (sometimes 1.5 hr) sessions either face to face, over the phone or skype.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified coach through the Institute of Professional Excellency in Coaching. Since obtaining my certification I have focused my coaching practice to couples and individuals around sexual dysfunction in both men and women and relationship coaching.
