- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come to a general idea of what the project may cost and then I also like to come on site and take a walk around the project before we come to any final conclusions on pricing. If you and I come to terms and decide to go ahead with the project I write up an agreement and decide on a start date. Courtland Tile Center LLC will come and work on the project in a timely and professional manner. We do all we can to make your experience with this company an unforgettable experience. My name is Kyle, I work by myself the majority of the time but will pull in help from time to time on larger projects. Whatever the case, I make sure you understand the time frame of the install and will make sure you know how long to expect it to take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up working with my father during the summer between school terms; he taught me all he knew. I started my own business in Pennsylvania and recently moved it to Florida. I have attended numerous hands on training sessions to improve skills and understanding of products and materials available.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my customers are residential customers. I have done a good bit of new construction tile projects in the past as well.
