FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of traditional websites and mobile websites, that's really our focus - but from there we also have a lot of repeat business for marketing materials - in most cases the website for a small business is helping to develop their branding - so it's more convenient to go back to the creator of that branding for other marketing services - so we like to offer the full scope. Like I said before, we have tons of skill sets at White Radish, so people aren't afraid to ask - but we also aren't afraid to turn down a project that might exceed our expertise - we don't want to disappoint you, and honesty in the scoping phase of a project will help us to determine if there is any risk for that.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust your gut. If you see someone who is underpricing their work - look out! That stuff turns into nightmares, and vice versa, just because someone is wayyyy too expensive doesn't mean they are best! Do your research, meet with a few people - you really want to be comfortable with your creative person so that the relationship works out for both of you, if you meet and you just don't hit it off - there is someone out there that you WILL like, I promise! Websites can be a long and sometimes trying process for the creative and the client, having a good relationship will make working together so much better - and if you trust your designer, you know that they only have your best interest in mind!
