Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: White Radish Design's work stands out because it is created by a team of highly motivated individuals who are seeking to better the internet experience. White Radish is on the cutting edge of technology, now entering into a niche market of mobile websites designed specifically for mobile devices. Every White Radish team member is highly trained in their area of expertise, and we recognize the value in having people focus on the area where they are the expert. There is nothing as wonderful as surprising someone with something better than they ever expected. I like to under promise and over deliver, it's out motto and it keeps people coming back again and again. Plus, I get paid to do what I love - and how many people are lucky enough to have that?

I had the great pleasure to work with Cindy on a major overhaul of our Corporate website. And, being new to the world of web design and content development, Cindy was extremely helpful and knowledgable in assisting me with this project. She pays attention to smallest detail and leads you through every step of the way. I highly recommend her work and plan to use her services again when we're ready to revamp our site. Personally, I think a refreshed site every few years is worth the investment time and time again - based on customer feedback and changing business models.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We do a lot of traditional websites and mobile websites, that's really our focus - but from there we also have a lot of repeat business for marketing materials - in most cases the website for a small business is helping to develop their branding - so it's more convenient to go back to the creator of that branding for other marketing services - so we like to offer the full scope. Like I said before, we have tons of skill sets at White Radish, so people aren't afraid to ask - but we also aren't afraid to turn down a project that might exceed our expertise - we don't want to disappoint you, and honesty in the scoping phase of a project will help us to determine if there is any risk for that.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your gut. If you see someone who is underpricing their work - look out! That stuff turns into nightmares, and vice versa, just because someone is wayyyy too expensive doesn't mean they are best! Do your research, meet with a few people - you really want to be comfortable with your creative person so that the relationship works out for both of you, if you meet and you just don't hit it off - there is someone out there that you WILL like, I promise! Websites can be a long and sometimes trying process for the creative and the client, having a good relationship will make working together so much better - and if you trust your designer, you know that they only have your best interest in mind!
