- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call me. Most of my customers are repeats or referrals. I go to their house and do the job they want or need at a fair price. Customer satisfaction is important to me. That's how I get so many repeat and referral customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training is "on the job". I have worked with A/C technicians, General contractors, Carpenters, Plumbers and Landscapers. I majored in Architecture at the University of Minnesota until I went into Business.
