Introduction: We have been in business for 35 years as a Wood Flooring Company specializing in sanding and refinishing wood flooring, what I call Old World Restoration Service. We treat every customer as close friends and strive for excellence and complete satisfaction with every customer. Please take a look at the photos. My pricing is competitive at $2.75/ sq ft to sand and finish your floors with 3 coats of oil finish. If you have termite , water, etc damaged floors , there is an additional nominal charge. Installation for Wood or Vinyl Plank flooring starts $2.50/ sq foot.

David did a wonderful job fixing our wood floors after they were not installed properly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and at a fair price. Will be rehiring to refinish the floors when we are ready for that step

Mr Murphy took the time to set my expectations. I had a floor that had lots of stains and damage. He explained his process and explained that he would do his best to address the signs of the age and damage. Wood has its properties and staining does not always give us the desired result when there is so much damage, however , what he gave me was more than I could have hoped for. My floor looks beautiful! He brought my floors back to life, his works demonstrates his love for restoration , knowledge and respect.
