Eddie is a pro and takes pride and time in his work. My shower needed a repair and I decided to just have Eddie redo my entire shower. What a difference. Eddie took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I would recommend his work to everyone. Great work for the value.
Repaired pipe leak that the general contractor, Ocean Kitchen and Bath reneged on the warranty..all work by Jaime was done in a timely fashion and repaired correctly....I would not hesitate to use Jaime for any other work I need done...
I hired Walfredo for 1 job originally. One job turned into 5 with another one pending. The original job was to change the ballasts in my kitchen flourescent lights. It turned out that I needed not only the ballasts changed but all 8 lights and the panels. The job was now looking like and easy $250. Walfredo made some suggestions and changed the lights out and saved me an easy $100.Wow! I now had him install grab-bars in my shower, install a new drain plug in my bath sink, and fix my bi-fold closet door. I have 2 more jobs pending with him. His lovely wife Janie works just as hard as his assistant. I am thrilled to have found Walfredo! He is a TOP NOTCH Handyman who can FIX ANYTHING! He is professional, precise, efficient, honest and THE BEST Handyman you could ever hope to hire! His price was very fair and he is most assured he will be hired again by me for more jobs.
I hired Joe to do some repair work to a rental property, including a roof repair. He was punctual and his charges were reasonable. I paid Joe in full, and then the tenant notified me that the roof leak continued. I called Joe, and he returned to the job to make it right. I will use Joe in the future.
It's nearly impossible to find someone these days who takes pride in their workmanship, pays attention to detail, or wants things done "the right way", instead of the quickest or cheapest way. If that's the type of contractor you're looking for, look your search should begin and end with Matt Metzger. When my wife and I found our home, we were sure it was exactly what we were looking for in a home. After we moved in we noticed our house had been hastily thrown together with every shortcut imaginable taken. We first used Matt when the entire frame of one our our entry door came blowing into our kitchen. Matt showed us where the original builder had shimmed in the frame with asphalt shingles, and how the frame was only secured in a few places. Since then, we have used Matt for five different projects, from small things such as putting in a kitchen backsplash, to a complete finish to an unfinished basement. At each point, Matt would show us exactly why he was doing things a certain way, and where other contractors might go wrong. Matt is knowledgable, polite, and has always been on time and on budget. The most surprising thing is that Matt almost always bids less then other contractors I've received bids from. He could charge much more, and it would be worth every cent. I can't recommend him enough.
