- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are contingent upon the difficulty of the issue, the time constraints, and whether data must be backed up for the constomer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly updating my knowledge of computer repair. I do contract work for Sony and Toshiba, as well as doing some Office Depot calls, so these companies expect me to stay on top of all the latest industry updates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I moved to Florida from the UK was an industrial electrical technician. I found out here, though, that I couldn't handle the summer heat. I had always worked on computers in car plants in England, programing the robotics for the assembly lines, and it was my responsibility to fix them when they didn't work. My first gift to my American wife was a computer I built her myself.
