This guy made plans with me a month in advance to help me move furniture from lutz to Tampa. When I called the day before to confirm he did not even remember what he had agreed to and i had already given him an 85 dollar dep. I reminded him the time and he said he would be there the following day. He was almost an hour late to the pickup location and had called me to see if it was raining, I was in Tampa and pickup was lutz, it was not raining here so i said no. When he got to Lutz he said it was raining and he couldn’t do the job and that I should also compensate him for his drive. I did not agree with that and he made plans w me again to move the furniture the next day at 8 am and was a complete no show. Extremely unprofessional and refused to give me my deposit back. Horrible way to run a business and very poor customer service. Don’t recommend at all.
Details: 1 bedroom home • 11 - 20 miles • Automobile moving • Furniture assembly and disassembly • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload via stairs

I’m sorry you feel that Way but I did call and asked you if it was raining before I got there so your things would not get soiled in the rain I called you to let you know it was storming on my way to you and you said it wasn’t raining there I even agreed to show up the next day if properly compensated because I had previously given you an estimate which is not exact until I can confirm your items because I don’t give blind quotes sorry you didn’t understand this but I can not pay for your incompetence have a blessed day

Rod came and helped my husband and I move today and we can not say enough amazing things! He was punctual, professional and hard working! Rod easily did the work of 3 men today.
