Arrived prompt and was courteous throughout. Fixed the computer/networking problem; it was tough but John hung in there until he prevailed. Stayed with quoted price even though work extended 2 hours more than expected.

My computer would not log into the internet. It was Vista operating system which was no longer supported by tech support. John spent ample time in his attempt to repair but the computer was so old it was mutually decided that an new computer and operating system.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an phone consultation about the issue. Then I give an estimate of what the price will be to repair the computer. If price is agreed then I do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in network administration and computer science from Lanier Technical College.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I received my honorable discharge from the US Military, I decided that I wanted to go to college for computer science.
