For smaller jobs, I charge by the hour, with rates clearly listed on my profile. The total cost includes labor based on the time required to complete the job, plus any necessary materials. For larger projects, I provide a detailed, customized quote after gathering all relevant information. This quote includes the total project cost, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees.

I start by discussing your project in detail, often requesting photos or a brief description to understand your needs. For some projects, I may schedule an on-site visit to assess the scope before providing a clear estimate, including pricing and an estimated timeline. Once we agree on the details, we’ll schedule a convenient time to complete the work efficiently and to your satisfaction.

I began working in the maintenance and construction industry at age 16, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of projects.
