- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before making any recommendations, I need to know about your health/fitness goals and your current lifestyle. This allows me to create an individualized plan that includes smaller incremental changes that will lead to big results in the long run. My goal is to help you make healthy changes that respect your schedule, values, and what you enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with extensive experience coaching group fitness, while also offering personalized fitness/nutrition coaching on the side.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As I teenager I became very overweight due to an inactive unhealthy lifestyle. I went to work on myself, researching and learning what works through my own experience. In the process I became passionate about health and fitness, began helping others, and eventually decided to become a professional.
