Clients should understand that our pricing isn’t the lowest or the highest—we price for quality. We use durable materials and skilled labor to ensure the job is done right the first time. Don’t expect us to be the “Joe Shmow,” shade-tree company cutting corners—we’re a professional, growing company that takes pride in our work. We’re here to serve, learn from our mistakes, and continuously strive for excellence. We require materials to be paid upfront to secure your project and avoid delays, and we also offer safe, reputable financing options for clients who prefer a structured payment plan. Our goal is to make the process smooth, honest, and built to last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At JDEV Construction LLC, we follow an 8-step process designed to ensure clear communication, detailed scope of work, transparent pricing, efficient project management, and successful project completion. This structured approach keeps everyone aligned from start to finish, reduces surprises, and delivers consistent, high-quality results our clients can rely on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 2 years of direct experience in project management, estimating, contracting, and risk management, along with over 8 years in solution strategy and customer service. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with licensed architects, engineers, and general contractors, which has deepened my understanding of construction from both a technical and collaborative standpoint. I’m currently continuing my education to sharpen my expertise and stay ahead in the industry.
