Introduction: Jake is a designer and cartographer currently residing in Denver, CO. His non-traditional education has provided him with a creative and technological outlook on the world. His style is playful and clean, stemming from his cartographic roots, and a childhood spent roaming around the Colorado Mountains. When he’s not staring at a computer screen, Jake loves being outside. Chances are you’ll find him playing ultimate Frisbee, hiking, camping, traveling or skiing. If he’s not outside, he’ll be playing one of five musical instruments or relaxing. He received his Bachelor’s in Science in Geography from the University of Montana and after a stint in a map shop devoted his whole life to graphic design. He’s currently working in the creative dept. at Iconic Group, one of the country’s largest photography companies. I love taking ideas from concept to completion. The most satisfying thing about design, is helping a client take the idea in their head all the way to production.
