FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing at the moment is discounted off of what I normally charge for in-person classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am here to make sure you get the best education you can get for an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically for in-person lessons, I ask general musical background questions to understand the customer's musical experience and where I can help the most. After this, I will look at the technique and suggest ways to improve the customer's ability to do what they want to do. After that, we are well on our way to making some real improvements!
