What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make sure I fully understand the customer's request and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional design and construction education and experience. Also teach construction craft at a community college. I have renovated and remodeled homes, and provided and installed energy efficiency measures in hundreds of homes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have renovated my homes (spouse wanted a new kitchen each time we bought another home) and have taught construction technology and weatherization at Tallahassee Community College. So parlaying that experience and knowledge into a service solving building problems for home and business owners seemed like a reasonable opportunity to provide good value to clients, and have fun at the same time.
