Very nice to work with, he showed up on time. He took the time to listen to me as I explained what I needed and gave me suggestions. Great job on my new wall shelves and tracking system in the garage. He also hung up my decorative address sign over the garage door with solar lights. Looks very nice. From the start, Venice was responsive and transparent in answering my questions. When there was even a chance of him running behind, he notified me in advance to ensure it did not cause me a conflict. He worked through my lack of knowledge around installing floating shelves with patience and understanding and did not try to hurry the job despite the need to take additional steps to prep the shelves (I had no idea they weren’t pre-drilled and the type of hardware). He was a joy to talk with and made sure I was satisfied with placement of the shelves before and after install. I look forward to working with him again in the near future for some decking plans!
