About
Quality. I believe that is the most important part of this kind of work. Anyone can clean their own house. So to hire a professional, they are expecting above and beyond what they would/could do. As a professional, I see things that the normal person wouldn't even think of to clean. I don't just clean the surface things that you see. I, and my employees, get all the little nooks and creases that probably wouldn't seem like a big deal. However, getting those little 'nooks' makes the difference between clean and immaculate. I was once told by a client, whom is very tidy, "I didn't even realize my house wasn't REALLY clean until you cleaned it". That is precisely what I'm setting out to do with each client. No matter how big or small the job. I give my estimate based on the time it will take and any additional work that wouldn't be typical. However, we will complete the job no matter how much longer we have to be there. There will never be an added fee at job completion. I actually really enjoy the work itself. It can be very gratifying in some cases. Then, of course, hearing the satisfaction and excitement from the client when they see the finished product.

I cannot say enough good things about Laurie! I first went with another cleaner and was very dissatisfied, to say the least. Though they were apologetic, they did not make it right in any way, did not offer to come back out to finish the job well, nor refund even a part of the fee. Laurie not only promptly responded, she GOT it! Cleaning is not as simple as it seems, if done well, and she gets it! And she gets customer service! Thorough, professional, courteous, hard working, not satisfied until you are satisfied.....I could go on and on. She has my business in the future for sure!

I can't say enough good about Laura and the job she did in a move-out cleaning of my duplex after living there for seven years In the past, I have always performed my own move-out cleanings and never failed to get my full deposit back. But this time I knew age and physical limitations would prevent me from doing the job I wanted done Laura did that job! I like that Laura charges an hourly rate, and only gave an estimate after I met her at the property for the job! She did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Laura for any of your cleaning needs!

Laura did an amazing job! Three bathrooms was not an easy task but they look 100x better than when we moved in. She is definitely a housing cleaning extraordinaire. We highly recommend her and we will definitely use her again in the future.

Laura cleaned my whole apartment before I had to move out and did a great job. She was very professional and actually cleaned more than I had asked her to. Five stars for sure!!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is typically talking to them on the phone and then scheduling a time for an estimate, if needed. Then going to the house to give an estimate. After we both agree on a price, I ask them to make a list of their top five priorities, things that are most important to get done. So there's never a time I leave that those are left undone.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest asking the contractor you are hiring if they are licensed and insured. Its not a requirement to have a license to clean residential and some properties. However, having a license/insurance shows that they take what they do very serious. The license is quite costly, so turns a lit of people away. There is a difference between someone who does it on the side and someone who makes it their career. A person is far more careful and cautious when your next meal depends on how well job was done. I have heard some horror stories of people going to clean someone's house and instead cleaned them out. So have people checked out before inviting anybody with a business name into your home.
