FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is typically talking to them on the phone and then scheduling a time for an estimate, if needed. Then going to the house to give an estimate. After we both agree on a price, I ask them to make a list of their top five priorities, things that are most important to get done. So there's never a time I leave that those are left undone.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest asking the contractor you are hiring if they are licensed and insured. Its not a requirement to have a license to clean residential and some properties. However, having a license/insurance shows that they take what they do very serious. The license is quite costly, so turns a lit of people away. There is a difference between someone who does it on the side and someone who makes it their career. A person is far more careful and cautious when your next meal depends on how well job was done. I have heard some horror stories of people going to clean someone's house and instead cleaned them out. So have people checked out before inviting anybody with a business name into your home.
