Unfortunately, he's done good work in the past but he has been unreliable. He has not stuck to what he has said. He asked to take over our work from the previous service and so I accepted. But since then it's been like pulling teeth to get him to come to do the work where as before he was begging to take over and talking about how amazing of a job he'll do etc. Even at one point after a hiatus in the winter when things weren't growing fast, we gave him our riding cub cadet mower and a push mower in exchange for services. He only came once after that and go figure. There were plenty of red flags. Very knowledgable but not reliable. Now our lawn has weeds taller than me...it's been too long and unacceptable.
