By the time I was 30, I had lost both of my parents. I grew up with emotional abuse, battled anxiety, and carried the constant feeling of being “not good enough.” I’ve been through divorce, survived a devastating house fire that took everything, and today I’m remarried with a 5-year-old son and another child on the way. 🙏 I know what it’s like to feel broken, stuck, and unsure how to move forward—and I also know it’s possible to heal, rebuild, and feel alive again. 😊 For over 20 years, I’ve helped people break free from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles so they can feel lighter, calmer, and more confident in everyday life.
