Mediations, Facilitations & Negotiations

Introduction: We offer mediation and facilitation services in the areas of environmental law, land use law, real property, commercial law, neighborhood associations and condominium associations disputes and personal injury. We have over a decade of experience in delivering successful alternative dispute resolution services. We are a roster member of the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution. We are also a member of the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society. Both organizations' memberships are based on merit and experience.
