Met with Brandon for a consultation and was impressed by his willingness to listen and asses the issues I’m having at face value, and not try to force me into some generic plan. I hired him after interviewing with multiple trainers first, and now we are working together (using his expertise) on a plan that’s really right for me and my personal needs.
